Medicare and Your Mental Health Benefits states:

"Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance)-Coverage for inpatient hospital stays, care in a skilled nursing facility, hospice care, and some home health care." and "People with Medicaid may get coverage for services that Medicare doesn't fully cover, such as nursing home and home health care."

Medicare and Home Health Care states on p. 9:

"Medical social services. These services are covered when given under the direction of a doctor to help you with social and emotional concerns related to your illness. This might include counseling or help finding resources in your community."
