Sharon B. Spiegel, Ph.D., ABPP

Dr. Sharon B. Spiegel is a psychologist in independent practice in Bethesda, MD and an Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Maryland. She earned a Diplomate in Counseling Psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology. She is an Approved Consultant of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, Fellow of Division 30 of Hypnosis of the American Psychological Association, Fellow of the Society for Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis, and Past President of the Washington DC Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She has published numerous papers on topics related to counseling, psychotherapy, and hypnosis. She frequently teaches, consults and lectures on topics in the field of hypnosis. In addition, she is a Certified Personal Trainer (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America).
