HIPAA Compliance Kit PDF This is a beginning-intermediate level course introducing psychotherapists, counselors, and other mental health providers to the complexities and applications of the 2003 HIPAA regulations. It also includes updates of the changes to HIPAA regulations since 2003 - 2011.
