CE Requirements for Tennessee MFT
How many CE units does Tennessee require?
1 license/certificate: 10 hours every year
2 licenses/certificates: 30 hours every 2 years
3 licneses/certificates: 40 hours every 2 years
Additional Information
3 hours every 2 years in ethics and/or Tennessee Code Annotated, and/or Official Compilation, Rules and Regulations of the State of Tennessee
5 hours distance learning/multi-media allowed yearly for 1 license/certificate
7.5 hours yearly for 2 licenses/certificates
10 hours yearly for 3 licenses/certificates
MFT – 5 hours annually for single and multi-license/certificate holders. Must be directly related to the practice for which the person is licensed or certified.
