Dr. Borkosky is a licensed psychologist in Sebring, FL, and has been in private practice since 1994. He has specialized in all aspects of forensic psychology. He has previously published a study guide for the Florida laws and rules exam, and has recently been researching various aspects of record keeping, confidentiality, psychotherapist-patient privilege, risk management, and patients’ rights. He regularly provides trainings on these topics, and consults for mental health providers regarding legal and ethical requirements.
