How many CE units does Maryland require?
40 hours (30 for LBSW’s) every 2 years
Additional Information
3 hours Category I – anti-oppressive social work practice
3 hours ethics
3 hours supervision for supervisors
Effective Oct 1, 2025 – one-time requirement – implicit bias and structural racism training program approved by the Cultural and Linguistic Health Care Professional Competency Program
