The impact of moral injury is becoming more and more recognized for not only its impact on those experiencing trauma, but for those treating it as well. This concept is particularly relevant in contexts where individuals, especially those in high-stakes professions such as the military, healthcare, or mental health, may be exposed to morally challenging situations.
