Description:
Experience with EMDR and basic knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a prerequisite for this training. For those unfamiliar with IFS, we encourage you to join Megan in her Introduction to IFS webinar
This advanced EMDR course will broaden your use of EMDR and teach you practical ways to integrate ego state interventions and IFS strategies. Explore how to navigate within the EMDR framework when working with some of your most complex and challenging clients. This training integrates key concepts from parts work, ego state therapy, and IFS, equipping you with effective techniques for addressing complex trauma and other comorbid symptoms associated with trauma. You will gain practical tools such as: working with blocked processing, learning how to enhance and create adaptive information, navigate complex PTSD, explore how addictive and compulsive behaviors form alongside trauma and how to implement ego state theories within EMDR.
A recording of this training will be available to those unable to attend live.
